Permanent PIN
For long-term tenants or your cleaner. One code that lasts, deleted the moment you want it back.
Temporary PIN
Issue it for a short stay, delete it after. No lock change, no keys to chase.
Access card
IC and magnetic cards both work. Easiest for older guests and children who forget codes.
Remote via app
Send or change a code from your phone. A guest arriving at midnight does not need you at the door.
Mechanical key
A C-grade cylinder with a physical key — the fallback for flat batteries and odd situations.

Grade C cylinder
Cylinders are graded A, B and C. C is the highest — the one that takes longest to pick.
Anti-pry alarm
Force the lock body and the alarm sounds, alerting whoever is inside or nearby.

Issue, change and delete codes from your phone. You do not need to be in Johor Bahru to run it.
Changing guests means deleting one code and sending another — no new cylinder, no meeting up to hand over keys.
